for everyone
Technology is developing so fast, it is hard for many of us to keep up. I was looking over the internet a few days ago and came across something known as the hybrid mail system. Yes. It does sound complicated but its actually quite simple. In fact, if you run a business or company of whatever size and need to get information out to current and potential clients, this system may be the breath of life your company needs.
A hybrid mail system can be simply defined as a service that allows you to send physical letters to a large group of people via a digital network. The recipients receive actual printed letters in envelopes. It is a service offered by postal providers. The mail is digitized and sent to a different location. It is downloaded at the new location and printed. This letter is then placed in an envelope, addressed as instructed and posted to the recipients mail box. The original letter may be provided by the sender in any form e.g. a physical printed letter, a fax or an email. If the original letter is provided in printed form it will be scanned to provide a digital form to send over the network.
